Whats wrong???

Firstly I dont know why IF is damn slow for me these days...I thought its my net speed but no all other websites are quickly opening...download speed is also fine...only it shows for IF that its taking too long to respond...many a times this thing is happening these days...and secondly just now I was trying to send pms but I am unable to post a hyperlink in pms...I am doing all the steps correctly but in the end it only shows up as palin text no link...can you fix it or tell me whats wrong???
