Ok so it is my first day of detox and it's very difficult tbh. No coffee or Tea. And no meat also. Maybe in this 1 month i will become a vegetarian hopefully. So i had Daal and sabzi in lunch and after 2/3 hours i am gonna have a big bowl of watermelon. I am doing all this to become a vegetarian ☺️ Hopefully i will succeed 😳

Pem , I honestly feel the same. Not sure if I need the added stress, some of us have enough on our plates in real life and mostly come on here as an escape, to unwind after a stressful day. I didn't sign up for a game of forum politics. 😵
