Making a homepage

I want to make a homepage but the problem is that they say I have to log in to my account to make my homepage but I already logged in. 😕

How do I fix this problem??? I tried logging in 5 times but it still won't let me make the homepage.

You go at the top under settings, Pm there's (My Hompage) As a yellow background click there😊

Bubble_gum, try refresing when you enter the page.

i can't create it either and i even tried refreshing the page 😕
