Regarding deleting already sent PM , this option is not available.
coming to sending all option, recently the PM feature has been upgraded from 20 to 50 PM . Even if the member has 200 friends to PM she can do it in 4 times . moreover , sending to all feature may lead to spamming too.
In your PM list , your buddy list /pending list/waiting list members will be enlisted .No random member will be added to your PM list.
