Clarification regarding powers of a Coolbie

Well to the normal members of the forum, Coolbie tag of a particular member may invoke awe and extra attention, but I would like to inform to all and sundry that we Coolbies just have the power to make our written updates sticky. That's it. No special powers or privileges are associated with the Coolbie tag, I can assure you that. 😳 We are very much like the ordinary members. The higher DTs reply us as and when they wish, much like the ordinary members, and the admins or GMs hardly care to read our PMs, that's the bitter truth at the end of the day.

Moreover, celebration threads or other important stickies made by ordinary members of a forum have to be stickied by some Viewbie/Moderator or Channel Moderator. Many a times I have seen various coolbies behaving as moderators in different section. They directly go to some topics, express their views and lastly write "Topic Closed". My question to them is, when you don't have the capability to lock a particular topic, why go there to make a fool of yourself and write in big bold letters that Topic closed or something like that.

Then there are others who thinks Coolbies are route to becoming a viewbie or moderator which is again a wrong concept. An ordinary member can be a viewbie if he/she directly fills up the form--> Join the Dev Team which gets displayed once he/she become an IF Dazzler.

Hoping that in future I will get less PMs for getting some posts stickied or things of same nature.

At the end of the day, we are ordinary members.

Even our right to view warning levels of other members were taken away for some unknown reasons 😆 and that too without telling or caring to tell the Coolbies about the same.

Thank you so much for addressing this...agreed.. Unlike you, some coolbies think they have some extra power or rather pretend they do... They act like they are some higher power when, in reality, they are basically no different than the normal member except have 1 extra privilege and their name is in bright red..They give wrong impressions to members ...lame dude... Most of them that I've met are so arrogent, fanbotic, and preachy about moral shit... Yawn... 🥱

I have got this impression on various occasions that certain coolbies try to act like MODs when a particular post is not to their liking, and some even indulge in Moral-Policing and preaching around, which is highly annoying.

Thanks for giving us such profound knowledge on Coolbie powers. From the way most of the coolbies, shall not be named, acquit themselves in their forums i thought as they are bigger than admin in status but they are like nothing! Hahaha. Btw, thing what i hate the most of some needy coolbies is that they cry bucket of tears before admin to make them viewbie so that they later can increase Warning level of those they dislike the most or who don't agree to read their written updates. LOL .

P.S- please, MAKE JUNGLIBILLI viewbie of jdj forum because her fav. Salman is criticized more there..

I agree with everything you said and Coolbies do think high of themselves and start behaving like the DT. Those Coolbies need to come back to earth soon.
