Not just vijay, some of the higher ups are totally power hungry and I write this because my friends have suffered. I'm one of those freak who takes a stand for his friends yet expects nothing in return. Ever thought why some crying threads are made a sticky? Ever thought why the attention-seeing comment was made? You folks aren't wrong because most of you, except maybe Howlarious or ChandraMukhi aren't aware of the facts. I know it and cannot say I wasn't warned. I still do not intend to defame 'Sarah' . I just want to end this crap because I'm in no mood to deal with such peeps. It's just that I feel that if I can trust you, I trust you to take things directly to me instead of involving some third parties.

Yo Sarah, if you read this then please do not form an impression of being bullied. If you feel so, I publically apologise. As stated by Radha, a major issue is that other forums and their issues (mostly negative aspects) spill into the CCs and this makes the situation worse. This results in incessant stalking, reporting, and back-biting. I honestly see no solution to this problem in sight.

However, to address other issues, the biggest asset would be having unbiased moderators. Forums should comprise of moderators who do not watch that specific show. This way they will not be able to allow any of their own biases to spill into managing the forum. It is very difficult to be neutral in such situations, we are all human after all.
Simple, if mod A watches Madhubala but does not watch QH, he/she should be managing QH not Madhubala.

A few more things. The DT should be paid for all their hard work. Apart from allotting them forums based on what they do not watch, mods should also be allotted them based on their real world personal schedules. Popular forums like Ipk, Chat clubs, BW and MB should have moderators who have more free time.
