Page redirection - HELP

Why does my webpage get redirected to the IF home page when I am browsing another forum within IF? And NO, I am not touching the 'Back' button accidentally (happens even when my last page is not the home page) and NO, IF is not my default homepage😆

Has anyone faced this problem? I have deleted the cookies and history on my browser but did not help

Please do let us know the URL on which this happens and clicking on which text leads you to the homepage.

I did not click on anything and that is what was so weird about the redirection. Most of the time I was just reading posts and once or twice when I was typing posts.

I am mainly on the Bollywood Forum but noticed that the same happened when I was on some other forum as well

I am having the same issue today. Every time I open a thread especially on Bollywood forum, I keep getting redirected to the IF homepage. I simply click on a thread and get redirected. I am not clicking on anything else.

^ Yeah, I still have the issue once in a while. Quite annoying especially if I am in between writing a post

Okaay, I just tried it in the Bollywood forum. Clicked on "New topic" and nothing happened.And I posted in a sticky thread as well and nothing happened. So, I guess it's all worked out, right?

For me there is no particular trigger like clicking or anything that causes the redirection. And it is not as if there is a pattern either like frequency or topic. For example, I have been logged in for 20-30 mins now and have not had any issue but the last time I logged in, I got redirected once

Yes, even a number of us are facing the same issue! It seems to be a random thing, and just continues to redirect the page to the home page.

Had the same problem yesterday but today it's fine.
