Generally MODs Raise WL's When someone Violates IF-COC

Sometimes They Spare From Raising WL Of Member But If The Violation Is Severe They Do Raise The WL

And The message You Mentioned In Your Post Does Not Increases WL

Its A Spamming Message Just To Put Restriction On Members From Posting Comments Frequently.

Spamming For Which Members Get Warning Is Posting Link From other Websites Or Advertising Their Websites And All.

Just Follow IF-COC Your Doubts Wil Get Cleared 😛

WL is only increased once the Viewbie or Moderator finds a post offensive or violating the IF COC. And Warning Level is not increased on the spot but a Two or Three PM's would be sent and if the same is repeated, then the Warning Level would be increased 😊

warning level is not increased for spamming ,it is increased only for bashing celebs and making derogatory remarks on fellow members , if you want to refrain from warning or warning level increased then you should conduct yourself well...

Well SID, i would say that no matter how angry you are too, keep the IF COC in mind as even the mods have temper but they control. If you forget the IF COC, the mods will have no choice but to raise the WL but of course with warnings first.
