How to get images from IF videos?

I have seen so many videos uploaded by IF from the day i have joined in IF. But the problematic thing is i can't get any pics from these videos..From youtube or any other site which upload videos, we can get pictures, but i don't know how to get pictures from IF site...Is there any method?
