Use a software for converting songs then upload it on a flash streaming site and put the link provided in FLASH codes.

The play pause buttons depends upon what converter you use.
Like "Format Factory" doesnt provides the buttons whereas "Mp3 to Swf" converter does.
If you surly want the buttons then you may have to change your converter.

u can use www.4shared.com...in the search box type..mp3 to .swf n they'll give u no. of softwares.
choose one u like.
heres the link to softwares.
