Can anybody please teach me how to add music in the background?

I have read all the comments, yet its very confusing.. more than that i'm unable to find any proper convertor.. If anyone can gimme the link for the proper convertors. i can still try to do something..

plz provide me wid the mp3 to swf convertor someone.. plzz

^^ actually i hv an software already downloaded name video convert master and so i download the mp3 songs and convert them through it to sef (shock wave flash) and upload it in www.myfrogbag.com and thn get the direct link and post it like this
no spaces !! 😊

& dear but in myfrogbag.com we can only upload images na..i tried to upload audio files, but all my efforts went in vain..
