Posting comments on pics

I am facing this problem since 2 weeks already ... I enquired some others about it and they too said they are facing the same ...

According to the rules of I-F, if I want to comment on more than 3 pics in photo gallery of a celeb I have to wait for 5 minutes isnt it? But even after waiting for like half an hour it shows me the same message that I cant comment more than 3 times in 5 minutes!😕 And today I didnt comment even once and I already have the notice coming that I cant comment more than 3 times in 5 minutes ... How is this? Isnt there any solution to this? Cos of this problem I havent been able to comment on any of the pics but just 3 pics in photo gallery!!!
