too many pop ups

There is a pop up each time you click on a forum. This is getting annoying. I think there was a thread in regard to this issue earlier too but nothing was done about it. Please take some action and bring down the number of pop ups.

Aaah I so agree!!! Every time I go down the page there is always a pop up on the right hand corner it's stupid!
