Like I'm sure most of VM makers who make VM on zee shows would be aware of this that Zee people remove all those VM uploaded in You Tube calming it as DMCL property, so many create back-up account and make VM on them. But that is not only problem, but DMCL people claim even off-screen segments of zee actors as DMCL property.

Like I had uploaded this I-F video of ITA interview with Sushant and Ankita

http://india-forums.com/video/star-plus/108380-ita-awards-teaser-3.htm

To my shock my video gets disabled with warning that my account will be deleted with two more strike of me violating rules.

Your video, Sushant and Ankita talk about ITA 2010 , may include content that is owned or administered by these entities:

Entity: dmcl Content Type: Audiovisual content

Firstly this video doesn't belong to DMCL as ITA was not at all aired in zee and more over isn't this property of I-F? How can DMCL claim it as it's?

This is not only with I-F video even if we upload interview of zee actors it gets deleted claiming that to be DMCL property and many of my account and other members who upload off-screen segments of zee actors have been terminated as a result. For this reason we can't even upload scenes of shows in You Tube and if we desire to upload in zshare or hot link then that is also problem because if someone doesn't download or doesn't watch that video then that video also gets deleted. In short the members who like zee actors can't make stuff and upload in You Tube in fear of account getting terminated. So can we members also get permission to upload videos in I-F which can be viewed by others without fear of not getting deleted by DMCL.

Yes! Thank you for this. All sorts of videos, VMs, segments and such involving Zee actors are constantly getting deleted while similar segments involving actors from other channels are abundant. Is there anything that can be done about this? Or can videos be uploaded directly to I-F, perhaps?

Yes please can we have a solution to this problem in anyway or can we be allowed to upload video's to IF? As its really becoming a pain now DMCL keep claiming every other video whether its a VM or an offscreen interview even if they doesn't belong to them as their own and then terminates accounts of people and its highly annoying for us to upload all those vids again and again as it requires time and hardwork.
Till now many people have been victimized by DMCL and as a result their accounts get terminated by them which contains over 100 vids and its really a task to upload all of them again and again, even my accounts have been deleted twice by DMCL so its high time we get a solution to this problem.
We'll be really grateful.

DMCL can do only this in youtube.
I have not seen any such dmcl claim at any other file sharing site.

I will suggest go for dailymotion or blip.tv as they dont delete video after 60days and copyright problem for indians is also not big

I uploaded one title song of zee's very old show Hip Hip Hurray and they deleted it after one day..

It was my good luck that i uploaded its one copy on dailymotion so i was able to save that video.

Very valid request. I too would be glad if we get some facility of that sort on I-F itself. It would make things easier for everyone, cos most of the videos get deleted and then it becomes difficult to find them again.

Even i agree with u all.My sushita vm "Tu Hi Meri Shab" got deleted due to copyright claim by dmcl😡,though it did not contain any of the scenes of zee Tv or any of the zee channels😔.It was purely offscreen vm containing star content. My other vms too got deleted.Have suffered multiple YT channels deletion only 'coz of dmcl😡.I as a sushita and arman fan would love if IF introduce any such facility where we can directly upload our videos to IF which stay for long🤔.Hope it happens asap.🤔

@Nadz: Hi Nadz!

Actually the thing is that if we get to upload our videos on I-F, we can be sure that they won't deleted unnecessarily. Now about yahoo etc. who knows one fine day they also wake up and take action against 'copyright claims'

Uploading on I-F would be best. No tension.
