Tried my best..I have rediffmail id ..what to do???

I tried to update profile n add Gmail id..but after submitting its showing the same..the Gmail is nit getting updated..

i have a rediffmail. after doing all those steps suggested, it couldn't activated. i gave alternative id too.

pls give suggestions

hey 1 st Click on "Update Profile", under "My Dashboard".after opeaning update profile u will find this page

now u put ur e-mail id if it is rediff ,gmail,yahoo or etc

here means on email address and put same email adress on confirm address too

after putting ,then click on red marked means where it is written in big letter click here and after clicking here

and it is send to ur rediff mail and now open ur rediffmail and u will find ur a mail in ur inbox if it is not given in inbox so see in ur spambox

Hi Vijay

I have followed your instructions but when I go on to have IF resend the authentication email I get an error message saying "This email is already registered with us. To retrieve your username please click here." so it wont send me the authentication email.

I know my username. i use it every day. I did hit the retrieve your username just to humor myself and it is what I thought. So now what do I do?
