problame in my back and remove my sleep disk

my shelf mr niraj gandhi.i got a problame in my back,at last 5 month.my dr says to me do the (opp)and remove my sleep desk,but i dont won"t to do ane kind of (opp).i would like to help,for your prasnol openion,so i can not do my (opp),i need your help please, can you do for me.i am to much thinking about my (opp)and now my dr give me i 3month time to think,so pleace can you help me.
