Problem deleting PM

I need to clean my inbox but can't delete all them messages and to delete them page by page is a lot...every time i do delete all it brings me to page that says "error occurred"
can someone fix this??

did u selected the check box? if not select the check box & select delete selected..
if u want 2 delete all select the delete all button..hope dat helps.

i did that but it still says error occurred

Sharona me just checked by deleting all mine and the button did work fine because now therej no pms in the inbox as it says.you try once again and if it does not work still may be dont know but try deleting your cookies and do it:)
