There are some suggestion for you after changing layout
1. ) Change All Html Buttons like Posting, Preview, Clear or cancel some where to members list area buttons layout
2.) Change Quickjump area layout Similar to login area on each page
3.) marge search with quick jump like in search quate write box filled then it displays search other wise jump it to selected forum
4.) Launch color changer like starpoint rangercast where design is just same but colors are changed eachtime
