hello everyone...😃
Me here to give d updates of Star Ya Rock star on 5th November.Saturday..😳
Today..d singers have given an option to sing d songs of their favorite singing star..😃
!.Ragini Khanna she has sung "Hawa hawai' in her andaaz...😃it is sung by kavitha krishnamurthy one of my fav singers..😃n she got 16..😊
2.Manish paul..he sang..'Deewan tera'..sung by sonuji..😳n wow..he sang amazingly..👏👏👏..n d high notes attempted by him was just fab..😳😳n it was one of his best performance till date..after his 'soniyo'.n he got..17..😊
3.kapil..his fav singer was..'Sukhwinder singh..n he has forgotten d song in between..😕but as far as d singing is concerned..his attempt was very good..😳n he got..12.😊'..
4.Chhavi..sang ashaji's...'Aavo hujoor aavo'..In she has attempted her best...still she got 13..😕.I didn't get that ..her singing was not that bad..😕she has made some mistakes..but 13..😕
5.Sachin..he sang panchamda's composed song..'Tum kya jano mohobboth kya hai'n I think..that he still needs to practice alot..n he sang d song well..but I thought that ending notes were not that good..😕n he got..19..😊
6.sumeeth...wwah kya gana choose kiya hai..👏👏he sang 'Naino ki math maniyo'..by Rahath fathe Ali khan'..a very difficult song..n he did it very well..👏..n he got 18..😊
7.Manasi Parekh.Her idol is Reheman..n she sang..'Maiyya maiyya' song from guru..n she sang it very well..👏👏👏..d arabic accent..lyrics..n d high notes attempted by her was very good..👏👏..n her singing attitude was perfect for d song..😳😳..n she got 19..she presented d song very well👏👏..n she got 19..😊
Tit bits.:i loved h Mikha was taang kheeching Anuji..😆..n I loved Manish's imitation of Anu Malik...he nailed it..I must say..😳😳that's y I lub Manish paul so much..😛😛
So..today Manasi has nailed d song "Maiyya Maiya'..so she was my favourite for this week..so please type "MANASI'.n send it to 57575.😊

thanks for the update chweet <3...i have not seen it yet..so they were asked to sing their fav singers song..yea we know manasi is ar rahman fan..good to know she did justice to that song...

though i havent seen the epi but i have always felt judges are lil too harsh for chavi..donno why..let me listen them all and baaki comments later...

P.S Is it true singers have no voice in their song selection and poor souls have to sing on channel's choice😕..weird...personally i dont think so..manasi's song selection explains that

Wow wow wow wow wow lovely update siree 😃 i have also not seen the episode but i like the songs selected by the contestants 😃 but but but so impatient to hear manasi's singing, i can imagine her singing "maiya maiya" n i m sure it must have suited her voice 😃 thank u for the update my dear 😃

Siree...you r here...I was thinking whether u will be doing it or not today as you said u may or may not come today...good that u atlast got time to come here...

Today special is that the rockstars/participants are singing the songs of their favorite rockstars...

Mika Singh is the celebrity guest...

Ragini...her fav is actress Sridevi...she sang Hawaa hawaai...her expressions were really good for this song and also she some what came close to Sridevis expressions...coming to the performace she did sang well...but i dont knew...jithna mujhe performance dekhne mein mazaa aaya..uthna gaana sunne mein nahi...just my feeling...

Kapil...fav singer sukhwinder...we have so many excellent sukhwinder songs..i am not sure why kapil selected this haule haule song..its good but i felt it doesnot suited his voice...but except for that issue of forgetting lyrics...he did justice to the song...on a side note...there is an unneccessary argument between anu n mika regarding understanding the lyrics...yeh log bhi na...

Manasi...her fav n my fav A.R.Rahman...wow what a song Mayya Mayya...though she started as its starts in the original song...after the mukhda she directly went on singing the last bit of the song whcih are in arabic n which are sung by a male in the original...her strength in the voice is very well used in the last part...just superb...

Manish..his fav Sonu Nigam...his song Diwaana tera is his best performance till now...he was really very good today...I really loved how Mika included Anu also to be imitated by MAnish...Manish really very good imitation of Mika n Anu...

Sumeet...his fav Rahat Fateh Ali Khan...what a song naina ki math...such a difficult song n he really exelled today...for me its his best till date...

Chhavi...her fav asha ji ke gaana Aavo hujoor...well mujhe ithna bhi bhura nahi laga...she doesnot deserve that marks...

Sachin...his fav R.D.Burman...I think he started with one song n continued to other song...he was good today...loved the bit where he is emotional about pancham daa n also loved how he remembered his first meet with him...

Well My fav was MANASI today...she was fantastic and mindblowing...just after her would be Sumeet...he was actually into the competition with his performance today...

Even though I only heard Manasi's performance ,today I must say it was everything I hoped It would . Just loved it . She left no stone unturned . Bravo . 👏

Siree,thanks for the lovely post.loved it.Manish and Chavi have improved a lot from their first performance but this week Chavi was a little disappointing and I say this because her previous performance was excellent.the song she chose was lovely and her harkatein, as the judges said were perfect but when she went on to the song she lost focus in some parts.It is a very difficult song to sing.the competition is getting tougher so she has to be careful.love her voice...

Manish was good with that song which used to be my fav Sonu song at one point of time He was entertaining with his perfect imitation of Mika and Anu😆

Sumeet was great and I loved the song selection.

Ragini was good.the way she sang the song looked like she enjoyed it and I did not agree with the judges here.I loved it.

Kapil was weak this week.He forgot the lyrics na which is never good. I smile whenever I see him here.I watch comedy circus regularly and love his acts.so seeing him stand all serious with a straight face here makes me go awww...

I enjoyed Sachins' performance a lot.He sang with a passion and this song needed that.

but I agree with you all Manasi stole the show.Her performance was really good and she outdid herself.she sang the song with the required oomph and attitude.she was a true Rockstar😊

Ramya,I am very sorry.I was wrong.the 1st song is from another movie Zamane ko dikhana hai.and the 2nd one from hum kissi se kam nahi.sorry for the wrong info.but there is a competition in the 2nd movie which lot songs are sung and I got confusedmaaf kar do😊I will edit my post too.sorry once again😊

N here my Turba continues..n my happiness has no limit..n I'm on cloud nine(Arthi maine address change karli cloud 10 se 9😆)kyun ki Manasi parekh..was 'Dhamdhar performer for this week also'😳😳😳..n she sang.. d song'Aaj jane ki zid na karo'..😍..It was just dreamy...she has sung it very well..n after d anthra..when music stopped her start was just excellent..👏👏👏

N today..Manasi Parekh n Sumeeth were top 2..😳😳

Sumeeth sang d sing from..'Mein hoo na'...'Tum se milke dil ka ye jo haal'..n he did it very well...but as d judges said...he has to excell d low notes..also..😳😳..n Manasi won d face off and again she became d 'Dhamdhaar performer of d week'..n ye Hatric hogaya Manasi ka..

N then Ragini..n kapil were safe..😳😳

Bottom 3 includes..Sachin,Manish paul..😭 and chaavi..😕

Sachinji..sang..'saaware' song..n wow what a singing..he has excelled dis song..👏👏..n I found Manasi standing for d first time..for anybody's performance..😳😳..n he was safe..😳😳

Chaavi sang..'O saathire'..n she sang it very well..👏👏at last..her voice also incorporated her..n she performed very well..👏..n she was safe..😳😳

Manish paul..he sang.'Mein hoon Don'..from d movie Don...n he sang it very well..👏👏..n I loved h he glared everyone..with a circle..singing...'khatarnak hoon mein'..😆..n lubed hid performance so much..😭..par use hi janatha..😕use kyun janatha...me can't stop my tears now..he was my favorite other than Manasi parekh..😭..n d last bit where they showed all d sweet memories...of d contestants with Manish paul.was just touche.😭😭😭
I love Manish paul so much..whatever he has presented he tried his best.n I love him for his humor..n amazing talent in singing also...😕

I will miss him so so much,...😭
