Yeah voting is always suspect only in these kind of shows...hope Manasi gets more votes for next time...she deserves to win this.

Seriously, she was that short of votes? I find it hard to believe, tbh - and let's not even start on her not deserving to be there! This is a disturbing kind of voting call - from the looks of general comments, and not just Manasi exclusive fans, I'd have thought she was getting her fair share of votes...

No one deserves to take this title more than her - can one reality show here actually end up with a deserving winner?

The voting system has a lot of inconsistencies, Jzee...anything is possible anytime...no one can predict anything...

Voters like to vote for more ummm 'humble' or 'crying' personalities so to speak...Manasi has too much confidence for her own good and it can go against her cuz the general audience can easily perceive it as overconfidence or arrogance...There is no denying her talent or the fact that she's the best singer there...but the audience also wants to see contestants WANTING their votes...today she was in the bottom three but more confident than she was ever shown even when she won performer of the week or when she got so much praise from the judges😆...The Manasi this week was very different from the usual Manasi I've seen...

Reality shows are POPULARITY contests more than talent contests...sad truth.

Nice performance by Manasi...not very fond of that song..but she did sing well...and gotta agree with Anu on one thing that she has been singing a wide range of songs...

I think this voting thing is a little skewed cos it's not a live show...the votes that have come in are probably of last weeks ...i.e her 'tere bin nahin lagda' performance...and not yesterday's, cos as someone pointed out the Vikas elimination news was out early this week, implying they shot for this episode last weekend while it airs for us only today ...so quite a bit of confusion ..

Yes, Manasi is showing tremendous range with the kind of songs she's singing but I would like a more singing based performance from her next week than this "rock chick" version she's done this week...focus more on the singing than the dancing around the stage.

If these were the votes for the 'tere bin nahin lagda' week, then it's even sadder...she was fab that week...

Nur..I cringe at the english lyrics in the song! ..never liked it when Shruti Hassan sang it nor when Manasi did... the other hindi parts were good...I just dunno it's probably only me but I don't like it when indian's jhaadofy their angrezi in songs especially trying to be the "rockstar"...


JZ..she was not the performer of the week, it was Ragini I guess...I never got to watch the entire show..just saw Sachin's and Ragini's bit on TV.. so that means ke her 'tere bin nahin lagda' rendition got her in the bottom 3! :| People watching the show haven't found her good that week...IMO that was possibly her best performance yet..

And her performance yesterday certainly was more character to her usual person =) On a side note, when they showed her clip in AM's paathshala, and all her taareef ke pull, I was like she ain't a good actress for no reason 😆 But seriously again, its sad if people perceive her confidence, passion or general reserved nature for arrogance. Nope, Ragini was POW this week...Vikas got eliminated per the TB article but they got the rest of the details wrong...they said Manasi was POW and she turned out to be in the bottom three😕😆

Re: AM ki paathashala...LOL yeah but if you notice carefully, Manasi picks specific things to compliment him on...like she said that she learnt how music composers teach songs to singers...that's an honest comment...she's probably never worked with a proper music composer before...her husband is a singer himself...I honestly loved that rehearsal bit they showed of Manasi singing more than her actual 'aaja aaja' performance😆



Watch her performance today, Jzee...you'll understand why I'm saying that I fear ppl will perceive her confidence as over-confidence.

WORD, Maz...that was just a SUPERLATIVE performance...she was just BRILLIANT with her singing in that...I didn't particularly enjoy her performances this week that much in comparison...tere bin nahin lagda just set a VERY high bar.

And yes those English lyrics are very dumb...W*F do those mean anyways? "she can make you laugh, cry' whatever?? WHO is this she?? And why was Manasi identifying with THAT portion of the song so much?😕😆

I want to see Manasi singing something next week with a bit more thehraav...she sang the more melodious portions of Aazma Luck SO well...I want to see more of THAT kind of singing from her.
