(Edit CR Mano )

" For wicked knowledge is for argument, wealth for arrogance and power for tormenting others
For virtuous it's just for the opposite , wisdom, charity and protection"

This is what Ram told Ravan when he was boasting about his Brahma gyan ...

Ram stood before Ram not as a man whose wife had been kidnapped by him, but as the Creator, who wanted to make his own creation understand his mistakes before he departs , so that he gets moksha ... The composure of Ram while talking to Ravan was a treat to watch 👍🏼

Ravan tells him egotistically that he isn't afraid of humans like him and therefore didn't ask the boon of protection from humans.. And that's where Vishnu plays his leela.. He comes down to earth not as Lord Himself but as a human being...

Ravan displays his Brahma gyan with recital of Shloka but Ram's counter was much stronger... Ravan has the knowledge of Vedas but he doesn't know about Dharma ... In his Shloka Ram mentions knowledge, wealth and power...
I am borrowing Shruthi di's (Shruthiravi) words here Ram 's wealth was Lakshman, his power was Sita and I felt his knowledge was Hanuman... Ram has all the three and he used them virtuously... But Ravan doesn't have the support of his brother, his wife , whatever he has is materialistic and momentary, as he is on the side of adharma... As Ram rightly said, if Ravan could use his knowledge in a right way, he would have been the representative of Dharma but his ego made him the representative of Adharma...

Ravan accuses Ram for breaking the promise he made to Sita ... And Ram's eyes again softens ... But he keeps his emotions aside and explains him that promise will be broken if he loses the war, which he would never let happen ..

Finally Ram says that it's dharma yudh hence no rule would be broken from his side , but Ravan doesn't believe in dharma, so he can proceed the way he wants ...

Both Shiv bhakts standing opposite each other, both are great warriors and highly knowledgeable. Then what makes them different. It's the intend. Ram is fighting a dharma yudh for Lok kalyan as well as to free Sita whereas Ravan is fighting for his personal ego ...

On a lighter note 😛
Even after calling Ram a mere human and boasting about himself Ravan decides to take Ram's form to please Sita, well that's Ram's aura , even his enemies start can't stop admiring him 😆😆

Best parts of the episode (according to me)

1)Ram's change of expressions from anger, to emotional for Sita, those haunting flashbacks, and finally Ram regaining back his composure 👍🏼

2) Ravan's points were quite strong and the counter by Ram really great

3) Lakshman - Hanuman convo was a treat to watch

PS : Ashish and Karthik were too good 👏 ... Sply Ashu, noone can say he is unwell since such a long time seeing his performance which is so powerful... 👍🏼 hope he recovers soon, this track is just meant for him 😊
Along with these 2 all the other actors were too good, Madi, Danish, Karan, Trijata actress and others 👏

pps - sorry if any typos was on mobile 😛

what an ep it was👍🏼
best part was a calm and composed Ram against a loud and egoistic Ravan
U could see the pity on Ram's face for Ravan
But Ravan was self immersed in his ego

Just see the diffence of Ravan recitimg a sloka
and Ram reciting one
Ram rightly said, jut reading or knowing doesn't mean real knowledge
Real knowledge is displayed in the way of application

Hanuman stopping Lakshman and explaining Ram's action was..👍🏼

Also do I need to say about Ashish acting
He just stands tall as Ram

JK has improved a lot and is doing a good job

Aditi, good to see regular posts from you

aditi very beautiful analysis. 👏👏😃 agree with what you have said.

Ram stood up against raavan as what he did was adharma. Raavan knows braham gyan but has not applied it in his life.

I loved this line of your👏👏

I too loved it when ram said that he has not broken his promise and will win the war and take siya home.

That pity in Ram's eyes for Ravan was fab
Yes the Shloka recital by both was priceless, there was a stark difference in their tone 👍🏼
Dubbing artist too did a good job 😆😳

Agree with u on application part, Ravan was yet to learn a lot as Ram said half knowledge is dangerous, thus Ravan had become the reason of doom of himself as well as the entire Asur kul.

@aditi beautiful analysis. I loved your line on how dharma and adharma uses Purusharth. This is where I always say you have to respect purusharth. Many people think if they give importance to wealth and power they are sinning. No you need wealth and power to protect your POV, if you want to fight against adharma you need it.
Coming to Hanuman. It is Ram's knowledge that though Hanuman is his sevak, he is at par with him and needs to be respected. Ram respects Hanuman's knowledge to great extend. And it is said knowledge is always hidden, it is inside you, if you tap inside you will get it. But ego doesn't allow us. When Sita Haran happens Hanuman is the link that is hidden from Akampana and Ravan.
And finally that link becomes fatal too.

Thank u Di 😊

Agree it shud always be both dharm and Purusharth.

Yes Hanuman was Ram's knowledge, it's he who told him about Sita in Ashok vatika and Akampana told Ravan about them in Panchvati.. and musically Hanuman only killed Akampana 😊

Ram always respected Hanuman but Ravan never actually respect him, akampana always warned Ravan about Ram's powers but in his ego Ravan ignored him .. that led to his end
