Today's episode showed the sweetest character in Ramayana(in my books) - Bharata, his emotional turmoil, his burden so well.

Bharata is a lovable person, of pure heart, a doting brother always after his brother Rama. When his world turns upside down, he erupts like a volcano.

And the actor did so well. Full marks to writers too. They showed this in one go without interspersing with Rama's vanavas or Ravana's sojourns. The impact can be seen. Each ghatta(passage) in this coronation drama should have been dealt like this. Each passage had so much emotional and moral value in Ramayana(in Ayodhya Kanda).

Rama consoling Dasharatha, consoling Kausalya, Sita arguing with Rama. Each of them could have been dealt like this.

But today's episode was outstanding. We can relate to Bharata's pain, the disgust he feels with himself for being unwittingly dragged into this. Had his mother thought about his preferences,it would have been different. Is there a character so wronged(initially) for what he didn't do? Is there a character that can match Ram in love.

Hopefully Bharat-milap scene will surpass this.

Indeed the sweetest character. Such a pure heart. If only Kaikeyi had understood her son. This continues to happen even now when parents thrust their desires on the children without giving a thought as to what the child really wants.

Could feel Bharat's pain from the start to the end of the episode. When he is questioning everyone, then the sudden realization that Ram is not around, the anger, sadness, disgust. Well done.

Many beautiful instances, conversations could have been elaborately done, but instead we got Raavan, Raavan and more Raavan :(

One of my favorite characters in Ramayana, Bharath just surpasses the definition of love and sacrifice.
How many have the courage and steadfast belief to stand for what is right?

Such dedication and love for his elder brother, a dedication that is steadfast until.the end.. it is just beautiful how Bharath is. And just how much anguish for such a soul which shone pure like gold?😭
My father used to tell me that while kaikeyi did do something awful but it is only by her actions that we get to see who Bharath is.

At every step after knowing what happened, Bharath s conduct is exemplary. The Ram-Bharath meeting is just beyond words and the beauty of it is how Ram is the one who never doubts Bharath.. he calls out Kaikeyi but for Bharath has only words of goodness. Such was Bharath, the son, brother and guardian of Ayodhya.

Well written Pasumarthisa ⭐️ and I agree totally. The Ayodhya kaand should have had its own uninterrupted episodes instead of the Raavan journey forcefully breaking the flow. What a full fledged episode's impact is can be seen yesterday.

Yesss!!!!! Very true!!!! Today episode was fantabulous or u can say it was the best episode of this show so far. Hats off to sujay reu aka bharat. What a acting .. He just overshadowed every actor 👏 . He expressed the pain of bharat ao beautifully that seeing him I too began crying 😭 Yes I too want that ram-bharat milap surpasses this. For now waiting for shatrughan to beat manthra so nicely 🤣 and waiting also for lakshman- bharat confrontation before the milan 😉

yes, apart from focus on how to perfectly follow one's Dharma, Ramayan is a great example of brotherhood whether it is Ram-Lakshman or Ram-Bharath. What they both did for their elder brother and their ideal- SriRam is par excellence.
agree on the inter-mixing of raavan scenes and ayodhya scenes. They were such a distraction. But, Better late than never. Thank God they have given rest to Raavan for a while. We can see the impact in the last episode aired. Continuity creates intense impact.
