So basically there wont be Mila being strong or pleading him to let her serve them or like being concerned for her sister atleast. They should definitely potray her taking responsibilities of Ayodhya. This should be done after Sita's decision,to be precise.

Whether there is a tearful farewell or not, it no longer makes a difference. The CVs have shown Lakshman having zero concern for his wife, and they cannot repair that.
Whatever his intention, the Raghkul men never used physical force against a woman. It was against Dharma, and it was never ever right. Bharat himself stops Shatrughan from hitting a woman like Manthara, stating that it was against Dharma. Lakshman, who was a Raghukul prince and moreover a shadow of Ram, would never have been so cruel with his wife.Lakshman was angry in the epic too, but he was not out of control. The Lakshman here was impulsive and hasty to the extent that he shoved his wife. That is not right, and we cannot justify it. Lakshman loved Ram, but he loved Urmila too. He never mistreated her, and after this show people will start to think Lakshman cared nothing for his wife.
