I raised two questions in Shruthi's post from yesterdays episode which I want to connect with today's episode.
1. Why Vishwamitra didn't tell about his inner turmoil to Ram on their way to Mithila while he told about Vashisht and Raj Nimi story?
Now I feel, though Vishwamitra saw Ram as Vishnu, he treated him as his student. He taught divya astras w/o any expectations. He thought his students should know what his essential for them to move in right direction. He didn't talk about his act of killing Vashisht's sons not because of any guilty but because there was nothing so specific to teach his students who are way ahead at that time.
2. When Vishwamitra became brahmarishi, he was free of ego and interiority/superiority complex. Then why he didn't ask for apology to Vashisht at the time of getting his title then why after Ram's marriage?
Yes, the moment he was called as brahmarishi by Vashisht, he felt sorry for his action.

Coming to the topic, when Vashisht forgive Vishwamitra on the day of honoring him with brahmarishi, and Vishwamitra already felt sorry for his action, what was the need for their verbal display? Simple, Ram has not paid his gurudakshina to both Vashisht and Vishwamitra. Ram paid his dakshina to guru Vashisht for referring him to Guru Vishwamitra. He gave Vashisht the peace of mind by insisting Vishwamitra to openly ask for his forgiveness. Similarly, Ram paid his dakshina to Vishwamitra by freeing him from the inner restiveness which created an invisible wall b/w him and guru Vashisht.
For me the episode was simply awesome where CV's displayed how a person should fulfill his duties before taking on any further responsibilities. Yes, Ram fulfilled his duties before entering into his second part of life.
My appreciation to CV's, cast and crew especially Manish and the actor who played the role of guru Vashisht. 👏 Guru Vishwamitra had a splendid farewell.⭐️

Note: I made this post purely based on SKR episode. 😊

WOW what a nice explanation Ramya. But one thing you need to know is that neither Vashisth nor Viswamitra demanded Guru Dakshina. But Ram gave it, knowing that it is the duty of the student.
Earlier days it was believed that knowledge should not be sold, but given to right pupils. But today it is the most saleable commodity. And that is why today we do not have guru-shishya relation

@Shruthi: yes, that was the beauty of both gurus. They didnt expect anything in turn but see only Ram did it and not his other brothers. This also highlight him as maryada purush.
