Hai. 😊 I am new here SKR today. Reminded me of my high school story about Devi Urmila I don't know if all know this r not but I am just. Writing it. Sorry if any mistakes occur. This was a poem on Urmila Nidra It starts with ram Sita and Lakhan going for exile Laxman tells Urmila that he can't take her with him and leaves. Urmila is so sad but obeys him. She. Decides. To sleep. All the. 14yrs till they returned. After 14yrs they return to Ayodhya. Urmila is. Still sleeping. In her chamber all the 14yrs she. Don't know. About their return. Laxman then comes to. Her and wakes her up but Urmila in her long time sleep does not recognise him and is terrified to see a man in her room she. Shouts. At him how dare is he to come near her. Laxman is shocked to see her behaviour She warns him that if any body see him here he will be imprisoned if my Jijasri sees you YouWill be punished. And if. My Jijasri younger brother sees u will be killed leave from here. Laxman holds her and asks. Her to recognise him. It's me. U r Laxman. Then. She finally recognise him. This is what. I remembered. Are you a telugu girl? This is a folk song which was a lesson in my 8th class.

I thought that every one would know that Urmila is gonna sleep for 14 yrs and this was the poem in our 8th class Telugu text book Urmila Devi Nidra this poem was so nice though I don't remember the poem but I know what happens in the poem ram once ask Lakshman to go and see Urmila and informs him that Urmila is sleeping since 13 yrs then I goes to raj mahal and wakes her up but she does not recognise him later she recognises him then I tells Urmila that he will come back soon and leave from there then after that Lakshman return to ashram to ram and Siya

i am a telugu girl 😉
i still remember our strict telugu teacher teaching this lesson😆😆😆
even i got imposition of writing the lesson 10 times for not being able to read the poem properly😆😆😆 in fact entire class got this imposition😆😆😆
