This song is so special as it describes how obilised and civilised is Lord Rama.
As per Valmiki Ramaya Ram Lakshman attend the swayamvar along with Maharshi Vishwamitra.
When everyone lures at Sita Ram will not even Raise his hed to see her. That is how Ram is.
The song asks Lord Rama as Why don;t he see what's happening and why don't he react. After Maharshis order only Ram lifts the Shiv Dhanush and accidentally breaks it.

in telugu it will be very similar to the hindi skr. All the dialogues will convey the same meaning as in hindi
