Normally only the tragic, damsel in distress , grieving part of female characters is highlighted.

Let's just go through briefly

1. Draupadi.. 2 things most people know Vastraharan.. 5 husbands

2. Kunti .. Abandoned her first born karn

3. Gandhari... Married to a blind king that's tragic

enough I guess.

4. Ahalya... Turned to stone for no fault

5. Renuka .. Killed by her own son parashuram

6. Sita.. Exiled to the forest twice. Had to prove she was pure.

Many more. But I think u get my point

This is what most people know about women in mythology. Rarely in-depth knowledge is available to everyone.

Our serials need to focus more in these aspects.

I am hoping this serial is ac trend setter.

Our sauce ketchup serials are all about scheming women or superbly obedient ones.
