Nice episode today. Without much delay, here is today's FIVE.
1) A Moment of Weakness: Life is made up of moments. Moments of triumphs, moments of failures, of happiness and of despair, of hope and of love, of unexpected courage and of moment of weakness.
Moments of time are very bad. It was all it took for a king to decide to draw the arrow. A moment was all it took for a son to leave his parents behind.
A moment is all it is required for a loving mother to turn selfish and send her step-son to forest. A moment is all it will need for a king to forget himself in his obsession with his young wife and give her an unconditional boon. A moment is all is needed for a wife to decide to follow her husband to forest.
Moments are powerful.
2) A father learns the difference between Love and Obsession: A King left from his palace, bearing gifts to the princes. But it was a father who entered the school.
Once a teacher is always a teacher, no matter who his student is. He looks at the father before him with empathy and understanding. Yet, he teaches him about Love and Obsession. Love is strength and trust, but Obsession is a weakness of mind. Love sets everyone free, but Obsession tries to bind the other person to yourself. But father cannot help but fear. He is afraid of loosing his sons to a curse. Love and Obsession is warring inside him. Talking to this teacher helps him somewhat. Probably he will find peace.
3) Word of a King: It is very easy give your word. But, is the person you are giving your word to deserves it? Is the circumstance in which you are giving your word validates it? Are taking into account of the unpredictable nature of time and future? Are you when you are giving your word? A King, A father or a Husband? Can you give away your word as a Husband, when it may conflict with your duty as a King? Words are dangerous.
4) Love of a Sister: A loving sister notices her youngest sibling is feeling left out and makes sure she is included. After all, it was a team effort. All are equally to be praised.
5) Team of Brothers: They can take down any obstacle, overcome any problem, when all are together. Love is what binds them, and determination gives them strength.
