And they hardly promoted it man! I live in Mumbai and there was no buzz at all. Not one billboard, or extra advertising or digitam marketing or anything. People didn't know about it until the first week was up.

I knew Viv's show was coming up, but until my friends from the DT AT pointed out the similarities between Ranveer and Shahzaib, I didn't know it was the same show!

And 8 pm is honestly too early. Its obvious the target audience will miss out on watching the actual telecast.

That’s what I’m saying 😆 they messed up at the start with the Kabir Singh stuff….and continued to do so through misleading promos. They signed their fate then and there but are still trying these gimmicks to avoid the axe. Twitter has also been complaining at times that Ranveer is too sanskari and they want something like RK again 🤣 like that’s any better than KS 🤣 or that VD would repeat characters

I don’t know how colors promote their others shows but I think at the time of launch Big Boss was getting promoted a lot and now Naagin is 😆 but I also feel later telecast like 10 pm might be worse for it since it would be then competing with Anupama 😆

Even if they decide to switch it to OTT like BV2, we'd get what we want instead of this khichdi 😆

BB ko kaunsa grand TRP mila tha bro, I don't remember it being in Top 10. I think zyada Voot pe hi dekh rahe hai log aaj kal.

Colors used to top the charts when they had their own identity. Now they've forgotten who they are! Meanwhile Star Plus at a time couldn't even compete and now look at them.

8:30 would still mean people are gonna try and watch it 😆 Sirf Tum ki agar demographic hi available nahi hai toh kya matlab 😆

Lots of things have changed since 2020 for TV and films 😆 Channel Heads really have to find new solutions or start making better TV...otherwise they will lose their audience to OTT and shows from across the border

Star plus is too busy remaking Bengali shows 😆 or making spin-offs of older shows which to me just lacks creativity altogether, and surprisingly that’s what’s dominating the charts right now. Even Zee tv has some remakes of maraathi and Bengali shows along with the bhagyas. Going back, both channels swapped positions 😆 ITV got the Bollywood remake chaska, mainly star plus.

Covid probably isn’t helping either with budget cuts 😆 the situations in which this show came out are so unique and damaging that we can’t do much 😆 the channels need to start looking at quality over profit

Regional TV is better than Hindi nowadays 😆 My mom watches Zee Marathi...while I don't speak the language, jitna samajhta hai uske hisaab se they are really good shows.

Not just COVID, but many people have switched from TV to OTT...and all the controversies didn't help either!

I think that’s the same case with regional vs Bollywood as well, but I don’t watch either enough to make a fair judgement 😆 though I heard most of the Bengali scripts are just as bad as usual itv

Yeah in the end we’re just going to have to deal with it 😆 as long as the shaadi doesn’t go through this can be an easy track to skip later on and at this point, I’m okay with that

Given that Suhani's entire family is Team Ranveer, I can't see how the wedding will not go through 😆

Ab toh lag raha hai family drama ban jayega, Ansh-Riya ki shaadi and then jaydaat ka batwara and all that 🤣

One side is not enough to make it a guaranteed to happen wedding. Ansh, Riya, and the rest of Ranveer's family are still against it 😆 but I don't want to make assumptions yet without seeing what those people in particular are planning.

But its become such a hot mess...I feel bad for Viv
