sneha confessed in front of the family that she was blackmailing arpita cuz she realized that she was doing wrong with arpita and she felt guilty. sneha saw how good of a person arpita was when arpita saved her from shekhar.after the time when arpita saved sneha from the evil shekhar,sheha became thankful to arpita.when niharika was poiting fingers at arpita and her child,sneha finally decided to speak up and defend arpita+tell the truth. so, this is how everyone found out that arpita was pregnant with dhruv's child.
