i think arpita will be Pregnant and they will think it is kunals baby but dhr will find out it is his and willl be upset and say he has ruined arpita life but nik will ask aarpita to leave and dhr will find out he loves her and go to find her and then nik will be ok with it after some fights

I agree that she might be pregnant, but it cannot be Kunal becuase she did not see him for some years.

I think Dhruv would remeber after some time.

It will probably be like in Kkusum when Abbay couldn't remember that he slept with Kkusum and then she got pregnant and he denied it. Same way, Arpita will probably become pregnant and Dhruv and the entire family with doubt her (especially Nih) and will think its someone else's kid and kick her out of the house. Then, Dhruv will slowly realize what he's done and start to get flashbacks of the night he spent with Arpita. He will also realize that he loves her and will realize that the baby is really his. He will go out in search for arpita and bring her back home. There will be a couple of fights, a couple of happy episodes and then we have the re-entry of Alisha and Parth...and then the storyline continues. Perhaps another baby swap..?!?!?!?! 😕
