I also think that the person is Karan and he has seen Ved and Nih so he is pretending. They are making him act like this to fool us and after we will find out that the this was really Karan. He's probably going to say that he had to act like Dhruv completely just in case someone was watching him and he couldn't take any chances. I also believe that the real Dhruv should know something that Karan doesn't know about him and Vedika. Maybe like their first night together,or some private personal things which I don't think they told Karan about. Something that only Ved and hruv would know and nobody else in the family. But I guess they just need to extend the story line alittle bit!!
