Kajal saves herself by telling Kavita and others that Niharika told her that her sari caught fire. Kajal tells Niharika that Antariksh has doubt on her only. Niharika warns her that Sundari and Antariskh are not trustworthy. Dhruv tries to recollect his memories. Alisha ensures him that he will be cured very soon as they are going to India for his treatment. Vedika gives Karan's passport to him. Karan tries his lasts to stay back. When Kavita is about to tell Virendra Karan enters and swaps his medicine. He gets attack. On the way to doctor, for the report of Virendra, Vedika remembers Dhruv. A cab, coming from airport stops at signal and Dharuv and Alisha are seen in the car.
