He didn't impose anything; he thought they are fine with it and they did not protest. He is not a mind reader, big deal. I also impose things like that on my closest people, i.e. ask them to do things straightaway and jokingly say that "You'll have to do this". They also take it sportingly and say, "Jaise tumhari marzi". If they are seriously not okay then they say it. That's how close friendships work.

Not everyone is okay with things being imposed forget reading mind there is something called body language ,Veer cant even read that .
