You can scream from the top of the world that MisHaan is equal to Kunan.. But majority of Indians arent going to accept..Marriage is still a big thing for society .. 7years of marriage is a big deal for people but 1month old engagement is not.. You can repeat cheating is cheating how many times you want, but the fact is most of the people considers physical intimacy as a bigger deal..And the way Nandini was supposed to be indebted to mouli for life, Ruhaan-Veer doesnt have anything like that between them. Veer is not working his ass off to fulfill mishtis dream like mouli was doing for kunal.Kunal lacked nothing in his life, while mishti had a life of struggles and sufferings, so she has that sympathy factor.. Plus Rohans soul-less acting.. I can list many more factors which makes a difference...

MisHaan are never going to get the hatred or bashing Kunan received..

Suppose 2 strangers had a fight over something and one pushes the other(without an intention to kill) and the person hits his head and dies.

2 brothers are having fight over money and enraged one takes a gun and fires and the other brother dies.

Both are murders.. Both committed the same mistake thats killing people.. But expecting both murderers will get the same hatred and bashing from society is stupid.. The circumstances, the relation the individuals shared etc will always play a part.

Indian movies and serials have always supported engaged people falling for someone else and breaking off the engagement.. It has become a normal thing for viewers.. Isnt it wrong? Yes it is but people dont mind it much.

okay now that can be also the reason lol. Kunal and Teju are not famous maybe that's why show got 10 million viewers in the span of one month. I am glad without being popular they are able to pull the viewers :p

Yeah that's a huge achievement despite being unpopular actors(Wink)..Also 1st promo of Silsila on YT got 9.7+ Million views which is huge even for an ITV show
