The fact that these characters are flawed, Ruhaan thinks about himself before anyone else and he said as much, which is not wrong.

Veer doesn't have to be bad, Ruhaan is not bad, he just like any human thought about his happiness before someone else's happiness.

I said this a week ago that Ruhaan is just waiting for green signal from Mishti, they gave him a monolog about this

How does this butcher him ?? Mishti has fallen out of her commitment ..If she breaks up with Veer and Confesses her love to Ruhaan .. They ll start their life together. .
