U all don't understand. There is a reason why they don't do the break up. They feel these feelings stop being spicey the day she opens up about it and breaks up with Veer. They think they need Veer to romanticize the connection between Mishaan though viewers don't need it. They like it that way. They may not even care for viewers but money. Even Gul and Mamta don't pay heed to fans but they do what they like to do.
