The writers have a story in their hands, and they are telling in their style. Every viewer has a certain idea in their mind about how the story process should go. But it's not necessary that it has to go the way exactly like we want or would like it to be. And when it doesn't match their expectations, that'swhere the frustration comes. The episode showed one thing clearly, Ruhan couldn't give up on his ego, but he can't ignore and control his feelings for Mishti either. He didn't accept the cake from her hands in spite of asking, which was his ego. But the same guy couldn't bear to watch her dance with Veer. He tried to forget this, and dance with Pari, but he couldn't continue dancing with her either. Coz his heart isn't involved with Pari. It's with Mishti. He's just trying to overcome his emotions for her and accept that he can't get her. But it's not easy for him, so the inner struggle is making him go nuts.

Coming to Mishti, she's not able to get a clarity of why she's not feeling happiness in spite of Veer doing so much for her. She's terribly confused But the problem could be, she isn't exactly in love with Veer. People do mistake liking for someone as love, which is what has happened in Mishti's case, i guess. Now Ruhaan's presence, his every move is affecting her. She isnt able to find clarity of her own emotions in this scenario.

So both are trying to divert their minds or show frustration on something else or sometimes on each other. Mishti's repetitive blames on Ruhaan was her frustration, and Ruhaan's frustration ended up in him hitting the guy...

He didnt beat him up immediately as he heard about his misbehavior. He beat him black and blue only after being blamed by Mishti for something he didnt do. So he obviously couldn't control his anger and ended up thrashing the guy .

In all this struggle, Mishaan might come more closer, for all we know.

As for precap, I'll wait and watch it tomorrow and before I pass a judgement on Mishti's behaviour...

Whether it's a truce or friendship - we'll have to wait and see. One thing is clear though: theirfeelings for one another are causing them to lash out in different ways.
