I think all the characters are equally important for the show but who is the lead can be define only after watching the journey.

For me silsila was mauli's journey from getting betrayed to finding love for the second time . Aditi outshined everyone with her phenomenon performance. I never find nandini character near mauli's character. Drashti was having equal screen space at that time but her scenes were worsening day by day and so her character.

Aditi's fanstastic performance and Confrontation scene made her lead of the show.

After confrontation scene , on every social platform everyone was rooting for mauli's journey. For viewers like me , it was never maunal' s journey , it was only mauli's journey because Kunal's character was butchered at a level there was no return.

After watching Aditi I come to know Performance can change everything . Let's see in season 2 whose performance and acting skill will going to win viewers heart and who will become most connectable character like mauli for viewers.

Majority jiske sath connect kar sakegi usi ki journey par focus hoga. Last time majority were connected to mauli so it was mauli's journey.lets iss bar kiske sath audience connect hogi dil se.

Fans making this kind of off handed comments hurt image of their favorites. Jennifer was the star of Beyhadh but in the end Maya died, she didn't try to change the story in her direction. Even Shakti was bigger star than anyone, but he never influenced the story.

lol I don't think they are changing the story for teju. The story was written first and then the cast finalized because it's only a 3 months story . They most probably were going to have the story centered around mishty so they would have needed a good actressto carry it off., We as viewers as well don't want to see bad acting ..remember we want to see the actress doing a good job with emotions. Most of us here hadn't seen Aditi in Any show before ..but we ended up loving Mauli because she did such a good job ..so a good actress is needed..Why don't you ladies just go with the flow ..enjoy what they are showing us,.so far it's good ..both girls are doing a good job and getting good screen space and Kunal Is doing a good job as the male lead. Keep the preconceived ideas and biases away... watch season 2 with a fresh mind..

Why do you need a disclaimer here ??? Why there is a heart burn if people want Mishti's character to be explored more

The actors have agreed to work on this script knowing what they will get do on this ..
Nobody is having a problem here .. Almost all of them have got equal screen space ..

You don't have any opinion on Teju but you want a disclaimer and you want others to be explored more ..So may be you should admit you don't want to see Mishti much compared to others..That would totally make sense

I prefer story over actors, I don't have a favorite actor or actress on ITV. The only thing they can do is assure me that they will give a good performance and that's about it.

The comment before mine stated that Mishti is the main character rest characters are going to revolve around her because apparently Teju is a bigger star. If that was the case then Aneri and Kunal wouldn't have been casted as leads. They are leads as well. I want everyone's character to be explored in a good way, I don't want Pari, Ruhaan and Arnav to be side kicks.

Read the disclaimer line, if the show is ONLY for Teju fans then they should put a disclaimer that other characters won't be explored because Teju is the biggest star here.

I don't have any opinion on Teju because I haven't seen any of her shows, she is doing pretty good as Mishti.

Jennifer in Beyhadh is in a different league altogether.

Even DD was biggest star in Silsila 1 but we watched it for story and loved Mauli's character.

Anyone who was casted in this show must have done some good work or they were asked to be in the show as side kicks? I don't understand this.

we all know that you never liked mishty is season 1 and your posts have always reflected this ...lol in one post you told me that I can't make you like her 😆 ..therefore due to this bias you cant appreciate the good acting and character traits of mishty in season 2...because you have convinced yourself to dislike or even hate her. You are not going to enjoy the season 2 with this attitude sadly because it's obvious the story is going to centre around her..but you love Kunal right...so just think of mishty as kunals daughter and then it may help you to like her and appreciate the good job she's doing ...See her as Mauli and kunals daughter and you used to love them right 😊

Let me tell you what when I don't like Mishti, I will write it myself. I don't believe in sugar coating my words, I didn't like young Mishti and in one of my posts I have said that I am liking every character in S2. My posts reflected that I don't like Mishti in S1 because I made it very clear that I don't like her. No surprise there.

If I feel like I don't like Mishti, I will be upfront about it, but I can tell you that I like Pari more and I don't hide behind the facade of "Neutrality". Everyone is biased here.

I like Kunal and Kunal has one daughter and that's Pari. Sperm donors do not father every child.

If kunal had confessed to mauli that I am falling for your friend instead of hiding in his mistress 's bathroom than may be it was better treatment for mauli but here he never tried to confess to mauli and was engaged in full fledged affair with nandini.

For me there is huge difference in between falling out of love and doing full fledged affair/cheating on your partner 's back is two very different things.

Let's see what mishti will going do when she found love in another man . If she dares to confess it to veer at very instant than for me it will be better treatment for veer.

agreed there is a difference between falling out of love and cheating your partner i have faith in mishti the girl who is so severely affected by what her mother went through will never put somebody else through the same pain this fact she will surely confess to veer and they will break up on cordial terms

I don't think Mishti will cheat on Veer as well but there is much more to every character than love interest. Mishti and Pari claim to know each other but they are hiding their real self from everyone. They have issues and it can be explored beautifully, even Ansh is into childhood smoking so his side can be explored nicely. Ruhaan is a brooding all the time, would love to see his back story as well.
