What I don't understand is, did she had so much hatred for Mishti before the break up? I don't think so. She might have had some mixed feelings towards her as a Mil, and Mishti rejecting her son has made it negative kind, I guess.

I doubt . I think she told Mishti clearly she was not in favour of the marriage and agreed only for Veer. Now if she had agreed she would have to put up a good face in front of Mishti. Also she mentioned she did not like how her son used to Ghumo aage peeche of Mishti and she had told him not to but he did not listen to her. These were her dialogues. If she had told Veer not to ghumo age peeche of Mishti before breakup phase , it’s clear she was against this marriage.

I am not blaming any one here. Mishaan are right in their own place. Veer’s mom has actually said the right thing that there is some one else in Mishti’s life. If any one is slightly wrong here then it’s Veer. It’s been a few days since the break up he can call Mishti and ask her if there is some one else.

She does not have proof.Off course she is poisoning his ears when she lied about the jewellery thing and called Mishti s family money minded. A mother is expected to help her son get over his breakup just like Su Bua did for Arnav. Rather than instigate him.

She is behaving a bit like Sandhya here. But off course Veer is no Ishaan.

I agree completely with this. She did lie about them not returning their jewelry back... That part is what I felt totally unnecessary at this point of time. There is no need to create misconceptions between the two when their relationship is already broken . What she's gonna achieve by telling lies now???

Make Veer turn more bitter and avengeful? It's not gonna do any good for him in the first place, nah?

The triangle is not going to end soon it seems.

Exactly... That would have made more sense... Instead of asking him to move on she's making him ponder more about Mishti and the pain she gave him.... It's not going to any good in the long run for Veer only.
