Either Gajra decides to be sadistic and stops the rest of Kunal's memories, having him live the rest of his life knowing he cheated on his wife, but not actually remembering it properly so the loss will be felt more. This way Mishti and Pari remain with Mauhaan.

BUT I don't think Gajra will do that, so...

He will get the rest of his memories, he will have Pari, Mauli and Mishti with him for a happy family.

Today Ishaan's dialogues gave a hint - give the two girls their mother. It seems like Pari will stay with Mauli.
