What if ishan or his mom were at mauli's place? Mauli asks ishan if u love me then leave your family for me? You can't keep any relation with them? Then Mauli would be called selfish woman who couldn't take care of her husband's parents. I have seen that many times if a divorcee or widowed woman gets married for second time,she is asked to leave her child for her new relations but men can live with their children and ask new wife to take care of them. I know ishan loves Mauli a lot and he doesn't want her to break relationship with deeda or radhika but if Mauli asked ishan to leave his "baggage "or family for her would it be considered right. Sandhya is like she's doing some ehsan on Mauli and she cares only about society. Accepting a divorcee mother for her son is like doing a favor on Mauli and her family. I know she has some concerns but if Mauli agrees to this condition suddenly she will keep next condition for her. Why only a woman has to compromise each time ?

the problem started coz dida cleared it to Sandhya that mauli will always have some kinda relation with Kunal coz he is mishti's father...before that Sandhya did not say mauli should break her relation with her ex-sasural...what if mauli is a man and his ex-saas tells bride's parents that he will always have relation with his ex-wife coz she is the mother of his child then even the bride's parents may not like to get their daughter married to that man even if their daughter is in love with that man...dida should not have said it actually without consulting mauli as she herself time n again said Kunal should stay from mishti n Kunal also is in no mood to claim his rights on mishti atm, what happens in future could have been dealt later, n what did she mean by mauli will not take her anger on pari, why did pari come in this, does that mean dida meant mauli taking care of pari also after marrying ishaan 🤪

i guess u have misinterpreted the whole scenario.. ishaan'a family is no baggage for him.. same is mauli's family for her.. but if we see the whole scenario from the point of view of society then mauli's realtionship with her ex in laws is definitely weird..

sandhya said that she understands mauli's emotions.. but she doesnt want problems in her son's life bcz of these complex weird relations.. her concerns are right..

i don't know how they can solve this problem which actually is a problem but we need to show some patience..

I will say...sandhya is right when it concerns her son...i just love the mother-son convo when his mom made ishaan to see things clearly...but when it comes to mauli...i disagree with it...i agree on her part that mauli should cut of ties from kunu...acceptable...but than cutting ties from his family..its highly impossible...this is the same family who throw their son out of their lives n supported their DIL...she has daughter from her past and the daughter will always be connected to her father's family...the family saw mishti from born to grow...how can mauli just break ties with them...that would be awful...sandhya thinks abt society and all that stuff becos she has not been put through in the situation where she has to choose n support the right and wrong looking into all perspective...she has not been in the situation where radhika-dida was 6 yrs back..it takes guts to do what radhika-dida...its not that they did not pine for their son in 6 yrs...a mother can never forget her son even if he is a cheater or murderer...a mother is a mother but they chose to support the right...if i was in mauli place...i would have done what mauli did...i will never break ties with my in-laws who gives me the position of a daughter by throwing their own son out of their lives...my daughter is connected with the family...i cannot break her ties with her grandmoms...

For all we know once mauli is married they would want to reestablish their relationship with him.. they cannot be a baby sitter for mauli / misthi all there life. All said n done they still love kunal. Mauli needs to be more practical here. She need not have to continue living with them even after marriage. Why should sandya accept mauli when she cannot even say she loves ishaan, mauli is the selfish one here who's agreed for the marriage cos she saw her X has moved on.. not cos she loves ishaan.

Sandhya is definitely not wrong,she is very practical and she doesn't want any trouble in her son's life.

...sandhya mean is not living with in-laws...currently she is not married to ishaan...she can stay but after marriage she wants mauli to break all ties with kunu family...even for mishti...she wants mauli to have no connection with her ex-in laws...which is not possible becos mishti has a relationship with the family...mishti is their grandaughter and that connection cannot be cut...thats real cruel...you cannot stop that at all...what is with all the taunts of ehsaan and all...so all her life with ishaan...mauli n mishti needs to hear taunts in her house
