Kunal has no bond with mishty because he wasn't around her and he only knew of her existence a short while ago. I think father child bonds need some time to develop. But he did say that he wanted to hug her ...as for mishty she hates him because she heard thst he never wanted her and left his family. Now this is mostly true so I don't know how Kunal can explain it any different to her ..secondly mishty has formed a very close bond with Ishaan...she loves him totally and he loves her too and has promised not to leave e her ..so I really don't know how the writers are going to change that because logically speaking it will really hurt mishty if Ishaan was no longer in her life.. Things are very complicated in silsila..both mishty and Ishaan are going to be hurt in Mauli and Kunal unite...logically speaking the best thing will be for Mauli, mishty and Ishaan to remain a family..they basically are a family now as in Ishaan and mishtys eyes they are father and daughter ...and they need to move to their own house. Kunal should move in with radhika and Dida she can be mother figures for pari...
