Ishaan is in hotel businss and he himself confessed in other episode that it's easy for him to handle everything from home and not be in conventional office hours. But Mauli's work is more hectic since it involves life and death of 2 people. He said it himself in one episode.

Pari is not being angry because children are different. Now I don't want to dwell in why Mishti is not like that and Pari is like that. Just one incident for which the child already feels bad and such chaos.
