But the article does not say that there will be a love triangle.It only says that mauli and kunal will try and move on from nandini's death and that kinshuk's character will be for mauli.

It wouldn't make sense if kunal falls for mauli all over again,specially considering his apathy for her and the fact that his thoughts always were about nandini

They won't show Kunal alone. Pretty sure MauNal will be end game, that is if Shakti isn't quitting. He'll be redeemed and after that a love triangle will come. How else can they stretch the story?
