My take on the show

I get what you mean about the disappointment with them now only showing mauli cry for kunal, but I blame this on dida and radhika and kunal combined.

Mauli decided to divorce him, and she was sure of this, but then dida by faking heart attack forced kunal and mauli together, and kunal despite promising to dida to not meet nandini for one month kept going to her behind everyone's back, but there were a few times between when kunal would give mauli false hopes, and these hopes were also mostly rekindled with radhika and dida constantly putting pressure on mauli to try and save her marriage.

I can't even blame dida and radhika for all this, given the fact kunal cheating on mauli despite there being no problems between mauli and him and him loving mauli, as well as kunal seeming to be a perfect husband and son, nobody could understand why kunal did this, and they thought he's just gone astray and is momentarily swayed by another girl's beauty, which is also what we also felt at first, that's why radika and dida all felt the marriage could be saved, because they thought kunal had just made a stupid mistake, but obviously the characters of the show couldn't see the affair the way us viewers did, so the characters didn't know the extent to how deep he was with nandini at this point, plus kunal was not one bit honest with them even after the exposure of the affair.

He was not honest about the extent to the affair or honest and frank about his emotions for nandini. He just kept trying to paint himself as a victim of uncontrollable emotions in front of mauli and family. They all thought he made a childish mistake, that he might even be regretful, because neither did he make a strong stand then and there that he wants to be with nandini only, and neither did he say that he doesn't feel the same way about mauli anymore. He just kept trying to gain sympathy from mauli and family as if things weren't in his control and that he said he tried. He of all people put false hopes in his family's mind by never being clear about what he wanted when he and nandini were exposed.

Let's be honest. Do kunal nandini deserve this happiness together that they want? Nope! Will they get it by continuing with nandini acting like she doesn't want to hurt mauli yet her happily continuing to romance kunal the next minute, and kunal not even attempting to apologise for his harsh words/ disrespect to mauli and every tear he has given her? Yes they will. They will continue to think they deserve happiness just because they are in love, and they think loving someone means doing anything to be with the person you love is justified, whether that means destroying relationships and trampling on people's trust, hopes and love. Have they both stopped to think that in their selfishness to be together by betraying mauli, will she herself be able to love and trust anyone again? People this selfish don't deserve happiness, and kunal-nandini do not deserve a rosy future together.

I hope in the future, the cv's show kunal-nandini being made to realise that changes in emotions/ falling in love doesn't justify every wrong action committed in pursuit of love. Betrayal and being unfaithful to your partner isn't unjustified with you merely having a change in emotions from your partner to another person. These two need to be made to realise that they never once rationalised their actions in pursuit of being together, and never once thought about the detrimental affects it had on the person who they were leaving behind to pursue one another. Just because they fell in love and want to be together, how can they not once think that their wife/best friend has been broken beyond repair perhaps? Why can't they think what will happen to mauli now?

Thanks for that dear. And much like TM I'm also disappointed with them now showing mauli crying all the time and showing her wanting to get back with him now that she knows she is pregnant. I'm blaming radika and dida for this for sure. Why can't they just tell her, that no need to get back with your cheating husband just for the child and be in a loveless marriage for the child, and that she can look after her child on her own with their support without kunal? Why are they still to an extent only thinking about kunal?
