Anyone checked their stories on IG? They're shooting somewhere and it looks similar to where they shot that medical conference. I guess that was a hotel, supposedly in Goa. I don't remember the details but it looks ike that same place where Kunal rescued Nandini from drowning...and where his rose which was meant for Mauli ended up with Nandini...so I don't know why they're shooting there. I hope there's finally some major progress...I guess shameless Kunal took his mistress there to cheer her up and poor Mauli had to go for work or for Deeda🤢😕
