Because of the dynamics of relationships changes with a due course and that people can fall out of love. But, whatever they showing here is crap aka showing Kunal and Nandini as soulmates is wrong

I watch it because I find it very entertaining and dramatic. My favourite genre of Indian tv shows is drama...and melodrama lol. So I love all those over the top saas-bahu shows. This serial has a lot of the components I look for like betrayal, comedy, romance, planning and plotting villains etc. I also really like the overall set and production. The music, background score, costumes, makeup, and setting are very pleasing. The whole situation revolving around ema is totally okay with me because I like to completely separate tv shows from my reality. The ema brings added flavour to this show which would otherwise be a regular love story about nandini and kunal. Of course in real life I wouldn't tolerate any act of ema or any over dramatic person like nandu. but real life is different from tv in my opinion.

Agree that real life is different from fiction but that is for people like us, don't u agree. I am honestly not thinking abt myself or people like me as we know this difference and don't get so involved. I hardly watch serials but whenever I hear of some thing completely idiotic I do take a stand. As I know there are people who follow these serials like anything and they believe what happens. Serials movies while portraying what is happening in society are also ways to learn things. If we give the right message def such ppl will get impacted in a positive way.
Kunal going back to Mauli here is all maker's story not real. Thus feel why show that. Is that the only way out. If we think about this story we might not accept a person like Kunal so why not show the same here.
Instead of showing Mauli's liking for Kunal why not show her independent journey and definitely she will meet good people in this journey who will appreciate her and know her worth. Just feel the women there watching this serial who have faced this situation and are probably cursing themselves should ideally become stronger seeing Mauli. Don't know if the story would change or impact them but if it does nothing like it. Just a thought.

i agree that they should not send a wrong message to society.
trust me, cvs never disregarded mauli's character. she has got the most amazing dialogues, character sketch, screen space amd what not..
so i am counting on cvs regarding mauli..thats why still watching the show.. actually i have started watching properly only after kunal nandini got a dose from mauli.. otherwise i was watching some clips on insta...

why do u guys think mauli will be sidelined or left alone, or being sympathized or something like that.. i am sure she will emerge out as a stronger person.. but that requires time. be patient till then
kunal getting back to mauli is being discussed by me several times so dont want to repeat all that.. just want to say a thing about it that it should happen only if mauli wants him back..
why should mauli suffer.? if she still loves him she is ready to forgive him for their love or say for her love for him then why not?
though i am kinda not liking kunal. even i cringe whenevee i see him but then, the story is the most important thing for me.

if they can perceive this getting back to mauli thing in a good way then may be i can watch it or support it. but as of now i am loving kunal facing mauli everyday. bearing her taunts.. it gives me so much peace..
so as of now i am kinda okay with the story.. in fact liking it..
dont lose hope buddy.. muali is the jaan of this show she will rock as usual..

Well first, fiction show is made for entertaining purpose not to preach society anything. I believe that mature audience know how to differentiate fiction with reality. The thought in itself is immature to take inspiration from fiction show.

There many movies also made that run on negative character. Like Dark knight is famous more for Joker character, Omer as example.
Don't like it, don't watch it as simple as that

Again u are thinking abt people like us. I m not talking about myself. Why would they make movies like o my god' or PK or any movie with a message. We think differently. But viewers who see are not only us.
I completely agree that we should understand difference bet fiction and reality but just try changing perspective, it does impact many. The only pt m trying to make is let us use it to make positive impact and give some learning. We can't sell anything and everything for money na sameway we can't show anything and everything for trps

Yeah, I agree that there are definitely people who might take the context too literally and get affected by the show. It might also be insensitive for people who have also been the victim of ema or marital abuse. But at the same time I believe that the real problem isn't in what they're showing but it's the individuals who take it so seriously that it actually affects their life. That's a real problem because it's not just happening behind a screen, we can easily shut down a show or ban certain content. But is that the solution for someone who can't filter reality? That signifies a deeper, more underlying issue. I think we should be taught to differentiate between what is real/fake and wrong/right before we start indulging in things like the media because there is a lot of content out there that could easily influence people. For an example, we don't let my 6 year old niece watch violent shows because she is very young so we don't want her to develop an aggressive mindset. I also agree that Kunal going back to Mauli isn't my most preferred track but that's where I let the directors portray their creative freedom. It's their show so I think they should be allowed to showcase the story they want to. The media can be a way to learn what to do as you said but also what not to do. In this case, we're learning the consequence, effect and struggle of cheating.

@reshmi - hi! i understand u want an independent journey of mauli.. even i would love to see that.. that could be the best thing . like she tried hard but couldnt patch up.. that will a good lesson for kunal and a great message to society as well.
but if they are not interested in showing this and had planned to bring them back together. then i should be done only for mauli's happiness.
mostly they show a girl adjusting in a marriage for the sake of kids, society and other things.. but wouldnt it be beautiful to see what courage it takes to forgive..

i dont give a damn about kunal nandini now.. initially i was interested in all three. but now i am only here for mauli.. and i want only two possibilities 1) maulis independent journey (emotional independence)
2) maulis journey to forgive kunal. what it takes. how much courage and love..
if u think deeply 2nd option is not that bad..
rather than being majboor in love i would want to see the courageous mauli who has the guts to forgive him..
