Finally, yes finally I have seen a clip of Nandini's ever talked about vibrating and shivering issues which seems to intensify with each episode!!!

And it clicked that she was talking like Urmila's character from Pyaar tuney KIya Kiyah, opposite Fardeen khan.

If anyone remembers that movie?? It was a remake of hollywood movie called "Fatal attraction (1987)"

Anyway so in that movie Urmila falls in love with Fardeen who is already married and she goes total wacko!!! The acting and mumbling pattern seems absolutely similar to me!! I am talking about the scene where Kunal is pacifying Nandini that she was not wrong and she should not pay heed to what people say!!

Now, what I have seen is that the bipolar patients with anxiety issue or schizophrenics(not medicated) might behave in similar ways. Their speeches stutter, jumble, slurry, cognitive issues and so on!!!

So is this some sort of implication that Nandini might be suffering from any mental disease?? Or they have literally confused post traumatic stress disorder with something much severe??
