I don't think mauli will be able to trust anyone after knowing kunal's betrayal but if she falls for someone why she needs kunal's approval.

kunal approval means will he tolerate another man's presence in his wife life

mauli never needed kunal approval 4 anything coz she know what she does is right

kunal will definately raise question 2 mauli with mauli can shut him up by saying u dont have any right 2 ask me any thing

in balika vadhu jagdish was not happy with d presence of shiv in anandi's life thou i guess anandi jagdish did got divorce & jagdish regreted leaving anandi

Audience us not at all interested about kunal at all and his reaction to another man in mauli life nor will mauli be intetexted so much as sge pretends to get anither man and all that drama

Now it's all about mauli journey .,if they show like that show survives or show will shut off in 2 months

In balika vadhu female lead did not pretend to get another man in her life nor she was interested to see jagdish reaction and question him about feeling the pain

She simply moved off and they showed he repenting for what he did

That should be how the issue should be tackled .even here also
